Car manufacturers were ready to make 2020 a big year for cars. Unfortunately, many automakers like Ford and GM have briefly turned to manufacture other key supplies instead of cars. Even overseas car companies have lent their car factories to mask, ventilator, and other key productions.

Despite the change in pace, car enthusiasts can still dream of what was set to be released on the road. Some manufacturers were slated to bring back classic models with modern updates, while others went outside the box and created something brand new. The new 2020 Lincoln Aviator is going to feel a bit more luxurious than you're used to. That's because, as part of the Ford luxury division, the Aviator will exude a luxurious feel and maintain a finished cabin made from minimally processed leather.

The new Aviator will come with an optional adaptive air suspension system that uses a built-in camera to look for potholes and uneven roads. Want it? You're going to have to wait for its summer release.

Its base Skyactiv-X 2.5-L 4-cylinder engine pushes out 186 horsepower and it will come standard as a front-wheel-drive. It will start out in the low $20,000’s with the highest models topping off in the high $20,000’s.

The smallest SUV on the Mercedes-Benz SUV lineup, the Mercedes-Benz GLA hasn't had a remodel in years so in 2020 buyers can expect there to be some large changes.

For starters, the exterior of the GLA is getting an entire remodel with LED lights and curved lines to make the whole vehicle more aerodynamic. Expecting to appear in Mercedes-Benz dealerships across the US in early 2020, concept models of the GLA were last seen at the Los Angeles International Auto Show.

As more and more manufacturers are making hybrid and electric cars, FCA and Jeep are some of the last companies to join the rest of the crowd. One way they intend on closing that gap is by releasing the Jeep Wrangler Plug-In Hybrid.

It comes with everything that we expect from the Wrangler but with a more eco-friendly twist. Jeep borrowed the powertrain components for the Wrangler from the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid and drivers can expect 33 miles of electrical range.

The 2020 BMW i4 Can Go For Miles

The BMW i4 marks the first fully electric vehicle that will be mass-marketed by the luxury brand. The 4-door hatchback will have a range of over 370 miles before needing to be recharged and the i4 will also have new headlights that are more slanted and dramatic.

Prices for the i4 have yet to be determined but BMW did mention that it would be more affordable to consumers than some of its other models since it is competing with the likes of the Tesla 3, which starts in the mid $30,000's.

The 2020 Toyota Supra Is Already Available

Developed in partnership with BMW, the fifth-generation Japanese sports car is coming back faster and more advanced than its previous models. The 2-seater coupe is going to be shorter than the Toyota 86 and will have a turbocharged 3.0L engine that will produce around 335 horsepower.

The entry price for the Supra will start at around $50,000 and can go from 0-60 in just 4.1 seconds. Resembling the GR Supra Racing concept car, the Supra will be available in late 2019 at Toyota dealerships globally.

The 2020 Rimac C_Two Is A Real Showstopper

Built by the Croatian company and coming in as their second hypercar, the Rimac C_Two is the successor of the show-stopping Rimac Concept One.

Only 150 units are expected to be built and sold coming in at $2 million apiece, with all of them already reserved and paid for. Outside of its steep price tag, the Rimac is made mostly of carbon fiber and has 1,888 horsepower making it the fastest production car in the world.

Expected to come in at a higher price point than its previous models, even if you can afford its estimated $55,000 starting price tag, all of the new 2020 models have mostly been spoken for and are reserved. If you can't get one now, Chevrolet has also mentioned a possible hybrid model in the future.
